Village at Prasada Booklet

This booklet was created for Western Retail Advisors and Simon CRE to support the leasing efforts at the Village at Prasada shopping center in Surprise, AZ. The booklet took the place of a more formal offering memorandum and was used to market the center and inform residents and officials about the project.
